Interview tomorrow!
I don’t want to be too confident, but I really feel good about this interview.
It’s very similar to College Mentors for Kids, which I hope will work to my advantage. Plus the whole “Advancement via Independent Determination” totally fits in to my own teaching philosophy. I am very much a believer of giving students the tools and not the answers. They need to work for what they learn; they should never be handed everything.
